Feature business 1 for July 2025 (actual story from a WOS homeowner)

We had our roof replaced thru insurance and had a roofer work with the insurance company.  Unfortunately for us, the 1st roofer butched our roof, attic, and several other items and would not return to repair or replace their damages.  (some already fully paid for under warranty, while some we held back final payment to get them to minimal come out to see the damages and they NEVER came, plus they also placed a lien on my property.  We did seek legal counsel who advised us to remedy our house asap as we would be contributing to new damages caused by the roofer even though the new roof was installed 3 months ago.  At this time, we were out of pocket the insurance deductible, and approx in additional $2000 in legal fees and small repairs we paid other companies to come out and do.  This roofer has been paid in full by the insurance claim, but did not return to our property.

Telge Roofing came out and quoted us at a discount after hearing what happened to us.  They repaired or replaced all the damaged decking on the roof by the first roofer, repaired and replaced all the damages  done in our attic, and installed new decking, full new roof with all new vents meeting all City Codes for consumer roofs, plus they also replaced the roof on our Barn Tuff-Shed to match the house shingles.  Since the first roofing company had also installed new gutters that were torn during Telge Roofing's installed, they recommended a Gutter Installation company.  This is the 4th time we've done our full roof, and Telge Roofing has EXCEEDED expectations in workmanship and quality of work and product.  Our property has been renewed thanks for Telge Roofing and their crews.  If you're looking to replace your roof, either directly with a roofing company or insurance, Telge Roofing does both and after what happened to our property, and as a resident in White Oak Springs, I recommend them 100% without hesitation.
